Composite bonding would be the perfect solution to alleviate this problem. Composite bonding is a treatment that can be compose to match the colour and texture of your tooth and cover the area, like the chip never existed. Otherwise another option to restore the tooth would be a porcelain veneer that is fixed to the entire surface of the tooth.

I have sore wisdom teeth what do I do about these?

Oral Surgery can be used in this instance when wisdom teeth are impacted and painful. Often there is not enough room for the wisdom teeth to grow and they become misaligned with the rest of the teeth. Surgery will remove the problematic teeth to stop ongoing pain and the rest of your teeth remain in correct alignment.
